Ross Recreation has many highly sought after programs that have limited capacity. The audience is notified that registration is opening up at a certain date and time. Then the rush begins. Relevant Tools handles the load and ensures that no program is oversold. When a customer adds a program to their cart, they are allowed 90 seconds to check out.

As soon as each program fills people are automatically added for the waitlist so that if there are any opens to the programs people can be added from the waitlist in the order received.

Enter the name of the message in the Message name text box. This name is the name that will be used to the select the message when you send it out. The Contact database is the database we will reference in this tutorial. Once the database for the form has been established, the screen below, the Setup Form screen, will be displayed. Using the pull-down menus select each of the fields you would like to use in the form.

Note: The fields displayed in the pull-down menus are the fields from the database selected above. Next, if a field is a required field be sure to click on the radio button, in the Required column next to the field name.
